Clara, you know, the cute little girl from The Nutcracker, has seen her dancing days pass her by. Embittered by the loss of the limelight and a short and rocky marriage to the Nutcracker Prince, she now finds herself working as an arts admin with Kentucky Opera. She sets her heart on helping this opera reclaim supremacy over the season by putting on a Holiday Cabaret that will sink The Nutcracker once and for all.
