Parking

Metered street parking available during daytime hours on Magazine Street. For performance parking, we recommend purchasing pre-paid valet services or you may purchase from valet on site.

TICKET INFORMATION

Ticket Exchanges

Kentucky Opera patrons can exchange tickets for an alternate performance for the best seats available in your seating section. Exchanges may be made in person at Kentucky Opera’s Box Office or by phone. Tickets must be exchanged at least 48 hours priors to the performance. Expired tickets are not eligible for exchange. Fees apply.

Can’t Attend?

If you are unable to attend a performance please let us know. Kentucky Opera can make that seat available to someone else. If the seat is resold, you’ll receive a tax receipt for the face value of the tickets. Requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the performance. Tax receipts may not be issued for expired tickets.

Lost Ticket Replacement

Patrons who have misplaced tickets will be issued new ones for their same seats. Call the box office at 502.584.4500.
