Kentucky Opera is seeking new chorus members and supernumeraries for our 2016/17 season!
2016 – 2017 Season:

• THE MIKADO by Gilbert & Sullivan

WHAT TO PREPARE: Auditionees should prepare and bring 2 pieces and a headshot/resume. At least one piece should be a classical song or aria. Foreign language not mandatory, but preferable. Accompanist will be provided.

Please note: if you have sung in Kentucky Opera’s chorus since the 2014-2015 season, you do not need to audition for this cycle.
Supernumeraries are non-speaking, non-singing roles in operas, similar to extras in movies. Casting needs vary per production. Kentucky Opera currently seeks supernumeraries of all ages, ethnicities, and genders.
If you are interested in being a supernumerary for next season, please bring a headshot/resume during the 12pm-5pm window.
