  • Please bring an updated resume.
  • No headshot is required.

To request an audition, please contact casting@kyopera.org.

Youth Auditions:

Placement auditions for The Youth Opera Project will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2019. Youth ages 8-18 will have the opportunity to sing in the MainStage production of Carmen, and/or our youth opera Robin Hood, and additional performance opportunities.

Supernumeraries:

Supernumeraries (or “Supers”) are non-speaking and non-singing roles. Supernumeraries are crucial components of opera, somewhat like an “extra” in a movie. These are volunteer positions, and needs vary each season. If you are interested in being a Super in our future productions, please contact casting@kyopera.org.
